based on hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (hdi homopolymer), solvent free, very low viscosity. supplied at 100% solids, it can be used to reduce voc content in formulations.

dissolve sex

soluble in esters, ketones and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. in most cases, mixed solvents of esters and aromatic hydrocarbons are used. it is recommended to use “urethane grade” solvent (water content below 300ppm) for dilution.

apply

（1）similar to tolonate™ hdt-lv, for tolonate™ hdt-lv2 as a crosslinker for hydroxyl polymers, especially polyesters and polyacrylic polyols, to prepare two-component polyurethane coatings with excellent outdoor durability and mechanical properties, combined with outstanding solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance sex.

(2) compared with standard trimer or biuret, due to tolonate ™ hdt-lv2 has an extremely low viscosity and can be used in high solids coating systems, solvent-free coatings and two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings.
